Register for online access to your MID AccountStep 1 - Sign up for an online accountYou can REGISTER for a new MID Customer Self Service Account by filling in the registration form with the following information:

When you have submitted the completed form, you will receive an email confirming that your MID Self Service Account has been created. Click the link in the confirmation email to verify your email address and complete registration. Step 2 - Account enrollmentOnce you have complete registration, you'll need to add your MID account.
After entering the account number, you'll be asked to provide a phone number.
Step 3 – Personalize your online MID accountOn the dashboard you'll see options to set up your payment methods and schedule payments.
