What is TrueCIP?

TrueCIP is an online application that gives MID agricultural water customers the ability to manage their accounts and access up-to-date information, and:

  • Make payments
  • View billing and payment history
  • View irrigation water usage.

Here's how to get started.

Step 1 - Complete the Create a User Account form.

 You can create a new account here.

If you have multiple Customer ID #'s, be sure to enter all of them in the "Customer #" box separated by a space. You may modify the Security Question to a question of your choice. Click "Submit."

Click the    Submit   button to submit your application to the MID Irrigation Field Office.

Or go to the MID Irrigation Services Portal. To create a new account, click the link that says "Get a login account here".

Step 2 - Account Confirmation

After you submit the form, you will see confirmation that your user account has been successfully created. Also, a confirmation e-mail containing your new account information will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.

Once the confirmation appears,click    Continue  

Step 3 - Your user account will be created with limited access.

Access to your new TrueCIP account will be limited until the MID Irrigation Department has verified and approved the account. You will receive an email notification when your account has been approved. You will be able to fully access your account at that time. Please logout until the approval e-mail is received.
